Franklin Auto Spa

On 07/06/2016, I went to Franklin Auto Spa in Frazer, PA to get an exterior wash on my car After my car went through the wash, I noticed it took my car a bit longer than usual to come out of the tunnel into the parking lot (There was only car ahead of me that was already out in the parking lot being dried and car behind me Therefore, it was not busy) I noticed several workers would go in and out to look at my car
The moment my car was done, I walked to my car and noticed a 10-inch crack in my windshield This crack was NOT on my windshield when I handed my car over to the worker to get washed I showed the crack to one of the workers and then I spoke with the manager who said "nothing touches the windshield." I don't believe "nothing touches the windshield" is a true statement I filled out an incident report before I left the premises By the time I left, the crack had already spread across to the majority of my windshield

The owner was verbally abusive to me after an incident occurred at his carwashEven though the incident wasn't my fault he continued to harrass me on facebook after I left a bad reviewHe also posted my personal information on facebook without my consent
