Had my vehicle towed to this Dealership after the transmission went out on my JeepVehicle was purchased here year ago, and completely still under warranty There was absolutely NO communication from the service department regarding my vehicleIt sat at the dealership three days before they even looked at it to file a claim, which means I was out of a car for those three days because my warranty had to have the claim before paying for a rental carI brought this issue up and they kept blowing me off on the phone and telling me they were busy with appointmentsBut when I had called the first time, the technician told me NOT to make an appointment since the transmission is a priority issue they will work in immediately (didn't happen that way) After calling the service department different times in one day and being promised a call back each time, I still had NO answers or updates regarding my vehicle and once person even asked me if my vehicle was even at this dealership (yes it was towed in three days ago and confirmed by your co worker) I finally called a fourth time just before they closed and was given information that they did replace a part on the transmission, and I asked why I was never communicated with when I've called three other times?? As frustrating as this was, I was also still out of a vehicle for days at that point because they waited so long to file a claimI will be taking my vehicle to another dealership to say the leastThe service department obviously can't communicate and did not provide ANY customer serviceTo top it off, the transmission still does not feel fixed and jerks when going into first gear

There was absolutely NO communication from the service department regarding my vehicle. It sat at the dealership three days before they even looked at it to file a claim, which means I was out of a car for those three days because my warranty had to have the claim before paying for a rental car. I brought this issue up and they kept blowing me off on the phone and telling me they were busy with appointments. The service department obviously can't communicate and did not provide ANY customer service. To top it off, the transmission still does not feel fixed and jerks when going into first gear.
