My experience with Franklin Dental was awesome Professional and genuine care from the moment I walked in the doorBright smiles,friendly hellos and a feeling of easeMy care was top quality and DONE WITH LOVEPillow for my stiff neck, blanket for my shivers and a good looking ( eye candy) dentistThank you to the staff and DrM***I really felt special person when the follow up call came that night to check on my status, I KNEW THATS THE PLACE I WANT MY TEETH TAKEN CARE OFCARING PROFESSIONAL DENTAL CLINICTHANK YOU ALL

The office is very nice and the dentists have the most wonderful personalitiesGiven this information, I still would not recommend this dentist based on my personal experiences
In brief, I received three crowns in jun 2014, that still causes me pain this very day (Jan 2015)When getting the work done (on BOTH visits: having cavities filled & molds made, then having them fitted), I was in the office for so long, I was given a SECOND round of Novocain injectionsNovocain was needed for the fitting because I still experienced tremendous pain from the first visitThat equals approx injections-TWICE, for BOTH VISITS! The result of that was seven weeks of intense (thankfully temporary) nerve damageI literally took ibuprofen around the clock for seven weeks, then started developing stomach pains from the med-leaving me to choose between nerve pain or stomach pain
I went back times to have the crowns inspected and filed downThe pain still persists when I bite downI've given up on hoping this dentist can fix it and will eventually have to find another
