Review: My issues are twofold.To begin with,I purchased $1000 worth of electronic dictionaries made for middle school students to use in my classroom.Even with normal use,the electronics have failed well before expected.In addition,one of my students was playing a hangman game that came with preloaded words,and the answer was "prostitute."I do not believe this is an appropriate word for middle school students to be studying. In my efforts to contact the company to address these two issues, I attempted to reach them via telephone and email, as per their website.I have been trying in vain for 3 months with no results.I have left multiple voice mails and sent many emails, and only once did I get an email response.It simply asked what I needed help with, and when I responded that I would prefer to speak to someone over the phone about my issue, I never heard another word.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the nonworking dictionaries replaced.
