Franklin Excavation

Review: Franklin Excavation was contracted to install and complete a complex drain field for my residence back on August 7, 2014. I have paid well over 90% of the balance due the contracted price on this project and it is still not complete. I have sent two letters to the company, one dated October 1, 2014 and the other (certified mail)on February 2, 2015 requesting the job be completed immediately. The letter dated February 2, 2015 gave the owner, [redacted] Franklin, 15 days (March 1st, 2015) to complete the project per Idaho Panhandle Health District's and the engineered plans specifications as stated in the contract.

There has been no response from [redacted] Franklin or his company.

This project must be completed immediately and without any further delay.Desired Settlement: Finish the job immediately (within the next week) or refund the amount it would require to hire a new contractor to uncover the work already completed so Panhandle Health District can make proper inspections, complete the project per their specifications and issue an approved permit.

This amount would be approx. $5,000.00.
