My dash board was broken buy the staff at audio express how do you intend on making this right?
my dash WAS NOT damaged until your staff started digging around looking for speakers once you break the dash you claim I don't have speakers thereSounds like you guys made a mistake and wont take responsibility for your actions

I have already had an
independent auto electrical specialist repair the damages created by the install at my own expenseThe only thing I am unable to pay yo replace us the stereo system, as a replacement stereo is over $to keep the vehicle in its all original condition
The install had wires smashed between metal plates when the dash was put back together causing an electrical short and the original wires for the stereo were cut short at the back of the deck, which worked before the installI have no faith in a company that does less than quality work and is rude to their customersI will never take my vehicle or any other vehicle to audio express even to change a simple fuse
I want the $it cost me to have the vehicle repaired and $towards a new stereo to replace the one that was damaged beyond repair by audio express' negligence in their install

My point exactlyIf installing a device into the ignition why was the ground wire at the stereo cut at all? And it was your wiring that was pinched between pieces of the dash,both metal, and was arcing causing electrical damage to my instruments and causing the stereo to not operate at all, all of which verified by an impartial independent electrical specialist company and sent to audio express corporate officeWhy would I take my vehicle back to a company that caused damages and was rude about the entire process with managers making derogatory remarks to myself and my son during the initial install?
At this point all I want is an apology and a replacement stereo that fits the truck without cutting up the dash like the original and I will eat the cost of the independent inspection and labor to resolve the issues after the device was removed by an intoxilock authorized service center, where they left bare wires and wire splicing devices still installed but the additional wire was just cut outPoor install followed by a poor removalBut that is as far as I will compromise without seeking legal counsel
