I purchased my home Oct 2014 and it was delivered to my site timely. We have many issues that should be covered within the warranty of the purchase. After MANY phone calls and emails to the service department, the service technician has still not arrived to resolve the issues. I spoke to the service coordinator [redacted] MANY times with MULTIPLE excuses for the delays. I left messages for her supervisor [redacted], and I did not receive a call back. I even tried to go through the mobile home company I purchased the home from. They helped me connect up with Phyllis, however their hands are tied beyond that.
I feel like they are just trying to wait out the warranty so they do not have to fix the issues ar their cost.
