Thank you so much for making me aware of the recent complaint against Franklin Lakes Medical Imaging, which is currently owned by [redacted] This issue occurred prior to our company purchasing the MRI facility, we took over Franklin Lakes Medical Imaging on 1/16/2017,...
Ms. [redacted] had her MRI performed about one year prior to our purchasing of the center. Unfortunately I have no control over what the prior owner is doing to Ms. [redacted] regarding her account as we only purchased the facility and not the accounts receivables. It would be disingenuous for this negative review to go unanswered, could you please tell me if there is anything in addition to this email that I must do in order to formerly address this complaint? I wish there was some way that I could assist her but unfortunately she will have to continue to deal directly with billing/collection company that is pursuing her.
