Franklin Pest Controls owner was our sales contactHe was very professional,well versed in his trade and answered all our questions politely
Then second part of our experience with Franklin Pest Control came with the gentlemen that would actually apply our treatment
They were professionally dressed and very courteousThey took time to explain every step of the process that would transpire over the upcoming hours to our home
After they finished their site cleanup was impeccable
If you have had multiple contractors and trades people on your property you realize the variety of professionalism you encounter,these folks are right at the top for me

Franklin Pest Control and I are under a signed legal agreement for him to provide me with a yearly termite inspection before our yearly contract is up
In September of 2016, Franklin Pest Control checked my house to begin service on a yearly contractThey same day they quoted me for the termite agreement and pest agreement, for which I paid a total of 1100$The same day they also recommended my entire crawl space be redone because it had vapo on the wallsI told him I was not interested, and he still asked me to sign a contract for termite inspectionsNow that my yearly contract is about to be up, I have asked for my certified termite letter ( just as you would get if you were closing on a house) to state if there were active termites or notHe tells me he can't do my inspection for the contract under the 200$ I already gave him unless I allow him to redo my entire crawl space walls for 2800$
Not only is this unethical, he is holding my 200$ and will not provide me with a termi
