I stand by my first response.

I am rejecting this response because:
as Franklin printing stated...they had never printed them for us before.  that is why I would like to know how they decided on the quantity and format.  if I had wanted a generic form printed I would not have gone to a so called "custom" printing company.  I could have picked up this half rate quality at an office supply store for much less money.  why would a company order workorder forms with no phone number, address, or logo?  and the lady that answered the phone did not ever ask me if I wanted the same as last time or any questions about quantity.  if that is the system that you have in place then it was not followed and I am the one that ended up paying for your employees shortcomings.  when my employees make a mistake we do whatever is necessary to correct the problem and retain that customer for a lifetime.  you have lost a customers lifetime of business over your unwillingness to right a wrong.  as far as I am concerned this is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund.  you may have the forms back as they are not able to be used by me.

When he called, my staff asked him, like we ask with all the jobs we do, what is the quantity they want or is it to be the same quantity and copy as last times order. My staff...

was told to do the same as last time. We have a system in place for ma[redacted] sure that we use the last file we have for printing that particular job. We do not send a copy of the file before printing unless the customer requests it, which [redacted] did not. [redacted] called about 10 days after placing the order, even wondering if they were completed as he stated that he needed them then. If he was concerned about the quantity and correctness of the file, it was not expressed to us. Especially when he is calling and wondering if they are completed. When someone from Collin's company came to pick up the completed jobs at my office in Waconia, he made the comment that they were a different size. When I questioned [redacted] about the size difference in our phone conversation, he stated the size was not important. My opinion is that [redacted] had this particular job done at some other company, hence the different size of the form and content as he states. The two jobs together totaled $650.12. The single job in question, work orders, was $509.79 and the time card books which are not being disputed were $140.33
