I am rejecting this response because: as Franklin printing stated...they had never printed them for us before that is why I would like to know how they decided on the quantity and format if I had wanted a generic form printed I would not have gone to a so called "custom" printing company I could have picked up this half rate quality at an office supply store for much less money why would a company order workorder forms with no phone number, address, or logo? and the lady that answered the phone did not ever ask me if I wanted the same as last time or any questions about quantity if that is the system that you have in place then it was not followed and I am the one that ended up paying for your employees shortcomings when my employees make a mistake we do whatever is necessary to correct the problem and retain that customer for a lifetime you have lost a customers lifetime of business over your unwillingness to right a wrong as far as I am concerned this is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund you may have the forms back as they are not able to be used by me
