Billed for services received. Sent payment for services received. Continued to receive bills and calls from Collection Agency. No calls returnedI received 2 bills for services. Both payments were sent in upon receipt to the Louisburg address provided. One via [redacted] credit card and the other via check. Hospital closed. Continued to receive bills and then calls from collection agencies. No answer at the number on the bills (local number) Sent email to corporate office; no response. Found alternate number. Called 3 times, no returned calls when messages left. The one time I talked to someone they said someone would call back, but they never did. Check was cashed on 12/31 yet continue to receive bills and calls from collection agency. [redacted] credit card was never swiped & now we are past the date (12/31) for swipes and funds are still in my account to pay for the charges. I will lose the $ if not claimed by end of Feb. Bills sent provide an online option to pay; however, the site is no longer active. Desired SettlementI want someone from the business to call me so that we can resolve the issue with the $75 payment that was never swiped on the [redacted] card which must be claimed prior to the end of Feb or I will lose the funds.I also want them to clear the $100 charge as they have cashed the check.And I want them to remove anything that may have been placed on my credit report relevant to these charges, as it is a reflection of their poor business management practices
