At the conclusion, the services rendered to me proved to be a postive outcome and saved me quite of bit of money. Franklin Services was easy to contact and followed up on each and every call I made to them. The representative are very well trained, courteous and made me feel they had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend their services.
I was VERY unhappy with the short time I was involved with Franklin Services! They refuse to issue me a refund, despite not helping my situation at all. I even got a letter from one of the payday lenders (Check Into Cash) stating that I should've notified them of my financial hardship situation as opposed to spending the money to get involved with Franklin Services. I should've done my due diligence and researched the complaints with the Revdex.com before I agreed to anything. Costly lesson of $198.00 learned before I cancelled the contract.
