in which a customer's provided parts are usedThe oil change we performed had occurred over six months prior to his complaint. That being said, even though this job was well past the warranty period and was performed using the customer provided parts, we attempted to make peace by offering him up to $as a gesture in good faithAt that time he refused the gesture stating that unless we gave him $he would go online and ruin our reputationWe apologized for his problems and wished him well.
