Franklin Street Auto

I went to Franklin street auto on 10/14/15 and gave the car salesman a down payment of $1500.00 and was given a [redacted] and was not given any paperwork accept a piece of paper allowing me to use his dealer tags until further notice. I was told not to worry about the payments until he figured out how much they would be considering he had not yet found a bank to finance the car for me. I continuously asked about whether or not there was anything I needed to be doing in order to speed up the process and was told no I also constantly asked about how much the payments were I was even willing to make payments in advance and was told not to woryy a month later was told that I had not been approved and needed to bring the car back and was then told that I would be charged for having the car he willingly let me drive knowing that I was not approved through a fin acing bank. I was not told how much he was gong to charge me for the moth I had the car that was on 11/14/15 one moth exactly and then was told that he needed a week to run some numbers and that he would be returning a portion of my down payment I since heard nothing from him and he will nit return my calls or text and its been a month since then he has made no effort in making the situation right I do believe I have given him an ample amount of opportunity and time to fix this I was told by a colleague of his that I was done wrong and he would be willing to fix the problem and not only give me back my entire down payment but was willing to add $500.00 to that amount and have since seen no evidence of this happening. I feel I was taken advantage of and am completely devastated that my first time trying to buy a car ended up being the worse possible experience. I was constantly reassured that everything would be taken care of and was never shown any kind of tangible evidence of this happening. I am at a loss of words. with this situation. I think I do deserve the extra $500.00 but would be jut fine with my $1500.00 that what I really want.
