I did not receive the letter that was mailedThe "pre-shut off fee" was explained as a fee to mail the letter which I never got!!!! It also does not cost $to mail a letter!! Review: I was charged a $25 pre-shut off fee to mail a letter. I never received the letter. The fee is over charging for a service that I never received. It does not cost $25 to send a letter with a stamp in the mail!!!!!Desired Settlement: The fee needs adjusted and they needed reprimanded for over charging their customers!
