After reviewing the complaint above, we are deeply regretful for any miscommunication regarding this caseOur principal concern is the well being of the complainants petFrom the first visit on 4/3/until the last on 5/18/15, there demonstrates and documents a fully concerted effort on behalf of
our staff, the referred specialists and the owners to maintain the well being of their petUnfortunately the complainants were not satisfiedWe hope that their pet is doing well and they have found the kind of care that fits their needs

We have attached the original request for records that we received. There is no mention of calling the client. We faxed the records to Acorn Animal Clinic that very day as shown by the fax cover sheet. We faxed because they wanted the Tufts reports also which we are not able to email. Acorn Animal Clinic confirmed that they had received all the records on Tuesday 5/26/15. The owners have an appointment with them next week.
