Review: Recently, a part was ordered from Franklin Welding & Equipment Co of

[redacted], to repair a Massey-Ferguson 135 tractor. The old part and

a picture of the tractor was taken to show exactly what was required to fix

this tractor.

At first, the lady there said she could not find this part. Later, she said she

had found just one, and she asked if she should order it. She was told yes, if

it would work.

Unfortunately, the part did not work and was returned to Franklin Welding

& Equipment. I received a bill for restocking part, in the amount of $93.85,

which is a fee of 36.5%. We talked to them about the excessive charge, but

they would not change it.

I realize they are in business to make money, but think this amount was too

much.Desired Settlement: Refund

Thanks for your information #1 I do not want down grade this person at all. His coments are not all true are complete, [redacted] is the father and only knew about this issue after I called him. [redacted] his son told us the wrong type of front axle. Also this part was no longer from manfu and was not returnable to the place we ordered it from thanks [redacted]

Review: I carried my lawn mower over their to get repaired on 2-8-2016 and they called me to come and get Feb. 8, it was not fixed so I carried it back, they told me I had to wait in line again to get it fixed. I paid them $530.00 when I picked it up the first time and I haven't got it back yet.Desired Settlement: They should give me something because I had to get my friends mower to use because I had some work to do.

report is about right, we do not provide loaners. His mower was repaired again
