tried to contact owner on monday7/27 and left massage

I just called [redacted] the granddaughter of the car owner. They were just upset that it took so long. They understand that the car came in and the insurance had us take the car apart to confirm it wasn't totaled, we found a part of the motor was damaged and the insurance company came out to okay it's...

repair. This process was about 2-3 days, we waited on parts and that took 2-3 days as well. Also, after explaining that one of our mechanics that was working on the car was out for personal reasons [redacted] understood. [redacted] also came back to have wipers repaired but came during a lunch break and was upset she had to wait. She returned the following day we found no issue with the wipers but she left and had the issue again after leaving. She took the car to Sunset Ford and they said the wipers needed to be re-timed. We have a contract with Sunset and said they can bill us for that repair or she can pay and immediately bring us the receipt for reimbursement. I offered her a rental if she needed one but she declined. She said she'd had her own personal car here before without a problem.
