We have attached a update from today on his vehicle.  We stand with what was written yesterday and will not refund his money. Spradley Barr Motors

I am rejecting this response because:The radio worked perfectly when when I dropped it off. Now it doesn’t work. That actually is fact and the radio needs to be returned to working order. As previously stated, I will set up an appointment when I am back in Cheyenne, which will be soon. Regards,

Spradley Barr Motors did check out the radio and found it had internal volume control problems.  As a good will offer to the customer we did offer to replace his radio if he would pay 50% of the bill and we would pay 50% of the bill.  He told the Service Advisor no.  We noted this in our system and closed the repair order.

A phone call came in from [redacted] requesting a GT-350R Mustang.  Our Ford Sales Manager, Kevin H[redacted] received the phone call and Mr. [redacted] informed him he would like to put a deposit on a GT-350R Mustang.  He also mentioned that he would be titling the vehicle in [redacted], if we were...

able to secure one.  Mr. H[redacted] took the $1,000 deposit on an [redacted] CC and explained to Mr. [redacted] that there was no guarantee when or if Spradley Barr Motors, Inc. would receive an allocation for a GT350-R Mustang.  Mustang GT350R's are a limited commodity with Ford Motor Company (total manufactured is estimated to be around 250 vehicles).  Chances are Spradley Barr Motors Inc. will be extremely fortunate by the year 2019, to be allocated even 1 of these vehicles.  Sometime after the original phone conversation, Mr. [redacted] emailed our Fleet Manager, David S[redacted] and indicated his intentions were to have this GT350R (when and if allocated) shipped directly to [redacted].  Once we learned of Mr. [redacted]'s intention to take the GRT350-R to ** we notified him that we would need to rescind the transaction and refund his $1,000 deposit.  Regardless of Mr. [redacted]'s interpretation of ** emissions laws, Spradley Barr Motor's Inc. does not sell new vehicles into the state of **.  If and when Spradley Barr Motor's Inc. is allocated one of these vehicles our intention is to bring it here to Wyoming.  We received notice from [redacted] on 07-27-2016 that Mr. [redacted] had cancelled his deposit with [redacted].  We consider this matter to be resolved.  Best Regards, Robert W[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The information listed is untrue, and I’m disappointed that misinformation would be given in this forum.  When I stopped in at the end of the night, Jason told me what “my portion of the total” would be. I was a little taken aback as nothing was told to me as far as the inspection or even this “good will gesture.”  I asked Jason what the cause of the issue was and he told me that didn’t know and were stumped.  I told Jason I would get back with them. So as I predicted, they did not inspect it and determine it was something that happened because of the problem they worked on my truck for. (Even if it had been part of this issue, I paid them to fix it)  But it wasn’t.This is still very simple. I dropped off a vehicle with a working radio. I picked up a vehicle with a radio that doesn’t work.  By offering to pay for part of the damage they caused, they have already admitted fault.I am asking they respond honestly and ethically and replace what worked before they broke it.  I paid them almost $2k to repair other issues that the truck had before I took it to them, and that was my responsibility.  The radio they damaged is theirs.

provided by the rail service and [redacted].  I truly understand the excitement and frustration in waiting for a new vehicle but I'm sure everyone understands its not an exact science on days and shipment.  We too would love to deliver Mr. [redacted]'s  custom built vehicle per his request but will have to wait a few more days before we can deliver his new vehicle.Sincerely,Spradley Barr Motors

Spradley Barr Motors Inc. can not remove anything from a credit report.  [redacted] has written us requesting this action and was told the very same thing twice.  During the process of purchasing a vehicle from us we run several credit inquire so we can help the customer find the best...

"Credit Interest Rate" available for them.  We go shopping with different fiancé companies who will also run several inquiries.  This doesn't harm the customers rating or scores in any way shape of fashion.  She has written asking us to remove a "Hard Hit" that simple CAN"T BE DONE BY US.  I must say in the past twenty five years I haven't had a single customer worry about the inquiries we do helping them find the best rate to finance their vehicle.  Today, I'm not sure why this is an issue, but can say can you imagine a company being able to go into some ones credit report and adjusting it.  I can't.

I am rejecting this response because:I am also providing an attachment of an email I received on 1-20-2017 at 7:38 am stating that the car has not even begun the build process yet. If that is the case, stop the process and refund the deposit.[redacted],
Looks like your car will be starting to get built in the next week or 1st of
February at the latest.
I know it has taken long, but it is a 17 and they just started to build them.
We did get one in for stock.  17 [redacted].  But it is Ingot
Silver, with no sun roof

Review: I took my car to frank to get fixed. He said I had blown my engine which he could fix for the amount of 1400.00. Two weeks later I got my car back then in less then 24 hours later my car broke down again. I had it towed back to frank's who now told me a hose blew off and heated the engine up and blew the engine again. He said this was not his fault but the hose that blew off was connected to the water pump that he had just replaced. He said he would fix my engine again but I would have to pay for the new engine but he would not charge me labor. I told him I had just paid him 1400.00 dollars to fix my engine and since he did not clamp a hose on correctly I felt I should not have to pay for another engine. He said it wasn't his fault and he was not going to fix my car without me buying the engine. I told him I was not putting another dime into my car and that I was coming to pick it up . after I had it towed home I popped the hood and saw there were missing parts. I called and ask him where the parts were and he said he would look around for them and I have not heard from him since. So I feel not only did he ruin my car but he also kept parts that I already had paid him for.Desired Settlement: I would like the money I paid him to fix my car plus the value of my car because I now am left without a vehicle because of him not properly fixing it the first time.
