Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First, I agree, I got the refund ( total of $+ $= $)? with Revdex.com's help, I appreciated Revdex.com's help.? From the money point, I accept the response, since they finally refund me the money.? The thing I do not agree with the statement in the email is.1.? The ball valve /shutoff valve /gas ball valve is a job which? Mr Rooter did not do, but charged meThis is not just a name mismatch.? If Mr Rooter did, can they send me a picture for what they did? If this is just a name mismatch, I for sure will pay for it.? 2.? For the refund of $350, if Mr Rooter do want to refund me initially, they will take it out from my initial charge, then I will not go to Revdex.com to complainI attached my initial invoice, but there is no refund initiallyThe refund happened only after I contact Revdex.com and my credit card company.Thanks & Regard [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] contracted our company to find and repair a leak.? Upon inspection of the home we discovered that the water heater was leaking so we showed the customer the leaking water heater and he authorized us to replace it to eliminate that leak.? After the new water heater was installed we checked the water meter and it appeared there was another slower leak in the home but the customer declined additional diagnostic/leak locating.? We closed out with Mr [redacted] and he then requested a refund as he believed that we did not find the leak.? We explained that we did find and repair a leak but there was an additional leak that needed to be tracked down and repaired.? Our plumber mistakenly charged for a ¾” gas ball valve instead of the ¾” ball valve for water.? The two tasks are similar in price but the gas ball valve actually costs less than the water ball valve, which we explained to MrShuiMr [redacted] disagreed and demanded a refund.? Even though we did exactly what we told him we would do and undercharged him, in the interest of working with the customer we agreed to refund $from our water heater install and we refunded the charge for the shut off valve

I apologize that you had such a poor experience with our companyWe certainly were not perfect in our handling of your job however some of the issues raised were either out of our control or are not represented accurately. For example the complaint seeking a refund was filed with the Revdex.com on
but we had already issued a full refund on We also sent two e-mails confirming that the refund had been issued and called to make sure you received themWe didn’t get an answer when we called so we left a voicemail requesting a call back if there were any issues with the refund. I apologize for the long lead times on getting repair parts and for the inaccuracy of the diagnostics on the water heater but our hands were tied in following Whirlpool’s tech support procedures. When I asked Whirlpool if we could get an express option for shipping the parts faster they informed me that they could not do that. Also, Whirlpool tech support determined what they wanted done to fix the water heater and which parts needed to be sent out. Again I apologize for the overall poor experience
