We are scheduled to go out and make a minor adjustment I have settled with Mrs. [redacted] for $600 that she will pay upon completion of the adjustment. I believe that is scheduled for the 29th of this month.

According to our records an agreement was made in October 2015 between Frank’s and the customer to use a product designed to color and seal the concrete on the sidewalk. This work would be performed at Frank’s expense even though there is no warranty on the concrete work. As a part of the agreement...

the customer would go to the retailer where the product was sold and pick a color at their convenience. Both parties agreed that the best time to apply the product was in the spring 2016 at the earliest to allow for weather more conducive to the application process. Also, we agreed that giving as much time as possible for the existing sealer to weather and breakdown would be beneficial to applying the product. Frank’s has confidence that the product will work due to past use with great results. According to our records the customer would be contacting Franks in the spring 2016 to let us know the color choice and to coordinate a date that works best with their schedule. We assumed that when we did not hear from the customer that He was not ready to have us come out to apply the product. Frank’s has yet to receive a phone call from the customer requesting a scheduling date to this point. Frank’s is committed to delivering the best customer experience possible and, we are eager to deliver on our agreement at the customer’s convenience.

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], although Dan had not checked with us to see that "all has been resolved", this company certainly has done its best to work with me and resolve the issue.They had done the entire job over at no cost to us.  However, the standing water still persists. I have resigned myself that this is the best they can do. I will be seeking elsewhere for a remedy at my own expense.  This complaint has been resolved.
