Review: Contractor fraudulently misrepresented his ability to deliver quality product and service in asphalt resurfacing. Contractor failed to make necessary repairs as requested. Specifically:

Contractor failed to remove old acrylic surface and vegetation, and failed to eliminate further vegetation growth before laying new asphalt surface. Vegetation is now growing through the newly laid asphalt surface in multiple areas causing serious cracks, bubbling, and other distortions in the asphalt surface. Contractor failed to sealcoat and/or protect the integrity of the newly laid surfaces. Newly laid surface has distinctly visible seams, bubbles in multiple areas, is discolored, and pools water after rain. Contractor failed to repair 3/4 acre of destroyed grassy areas by contractor's bobcat truck and other tools. Contractor failed to remove trash and debris from my yard. Contractor also removed bicycle belonging to me without my permission.Desired Settlement: Contractor has the responsibility to provide quality workmanship as guaranteed by the contract.
