Review: On Wed Dec. 18, 2013,I purchased 4 four tires for my vehicle and hired ( Frank's & Gloria"s Service Center)mechanic to install and balance new tires.That evening I went back to pick up my vehicle only three tires were replaced. The mechanic stated that he was unable to remove the front passanger tire but to bring ther vehicle back in the morning. On Dec. 19, the car was dropped off to have the 4th tire installed. That evening I returned to pick up the vehicle at the time the mechanic stated he was unable to get the old tire out properly. He decided to replace tire with the rim still attached to vehicle as a result three lug nuts are stripped and the tire was never balanced. The vehicle now shakes when driven in the front end and I will have to sent vehicle to another service senter to fix.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the expense of fixing the problem that has occured from this shops work.
