Complaint id#*** Regarding vehicle being in car accident and at a local body shop for repairAfter repairs vehicle was brought to Irvine Subaru for linking of Alarm System, Needing ECU control unit, delays in getting the part and having communication problems as
well. Action Irvine Subaru Covered 50% of Parts and Labor for Owner initially owner not wanting compensation but did end up exceptingIssue resolved. Please let me know if you have any further questions
