To whom it may concern;
I received a notice from you guys signed by [redacted] in regards to a complaint from a customer named "[redacted]" from [redacted]. There are several discrepancies in this letter that I would like to address.
 
1. We never did any work for [redacted]. We...

did, however, do work for her mother, [redacted].
 
2. The contract which was signed by [redacted] as well as our sales manager, Frank [redacted], The contract does NOT include any irrigation work or drain system, As you can see in the attached signed contract we did all 5 things that we stated we would do.
    a. Install paver sidewalk from driveway to new back patio
    b. Install new paver patio in back
    c. Install fire pit  
    d. Install retaining wall
    e. Landscaping (install maple, hydrangeas, hostas topsoil, dogwood)
 
3. The warranty in the contract is as stated "Lifetime on material from Unilock and a 5 year Labor). Upon inspection of the patio, it is clear that nothing has grown THROUGH the pavers. However, it is apparent that someone put grass seed down on the topsoil near the pavers and also spilled some on the patio, causing the seeds to sprout and grow into the pavers. 
 
4. Burying the gutter was never discussed before or during the installation of the patio.
 
5. We do offer patio sealing at an additional cost. Sealing of the patio is not free. If [redacted] wanted the patio sealed then we would price it accordingly and have a signed contract in place with 1/2 down before starting the project, as we do with all projects.
