appear below.I am unsatisfied with the offer because I know I will have the same issue when I order the next time, regardless of how many free salads I am given.  Every time we order the Antipasta salad, it is made with tomatoes when we specifically tell them that the person we are ordering the salad for is allergic to tomatoes.  If they want to give us anything, how about a refund in the amount of the five free salads they are offering?  I do not wish to return to their establishment due to the lack of caring for their customer's dietary needs and the rudeness that the person on the phone displayed when my husband and I called to report the issue with them in the first place.   I do not understand how five free salads, which they cannot make correctly to begin with, will help with the situation.

Review: This is the 5th time in a row that I've had this issue. I have an allergy to the acid in raw tomatoes so when I order my food I specifically order it without tomatoes and have the order read back to me so it is correct. I have not eaten from Frank's in over 6 months because of this and thought I'd try again because it has been so long I would give them another chance. Guess it wasn't long enough. The girl at Frank's opened the salad, said there were no tomatoes, so unfortunately I trusted her, got home and guess what, there were tomatoes on my food, just like the past 4 times. I called them back to complain and their answer was sorry, and sometimes we put them on there and you just have to pick them off and sometimes when we send the order to the cooks we forget what is on the order, so we'll give you a credit. Well that credit doesn't give me any dinner tonight now does it. Not wasting my time and gas going back due to their mistake, again.Desired Settlement: We'd like 5 meals that are fixed correctly.
