The customer's password problem was corrected on 5/2/16 by a telephone call to get an further explanation of the issue.  Our company was sending her passwords which were not working when she tried them.  There is a procedure that we used to resolve her password problem.  She is...

registered at the end of July for February purchases,the record did not meet the business rules criteria that registrations must bereceived within 90 days of the veterinarian visit.we will however be issuing a rebate but again by rules of the program it will be for $15 not $35 clearly stated in the program.  we are doing this as a good faith effort.

Review: I had paid for my food to take out and left, when I came back the waitress told me someone had mistakenly taken our food home and that they were going to fix it again. Well that said customer came back in and handed them our food, she told us that she had sat down at home and opened up the food and realized it wasn't hers and came back. Well the waitress gave us that food.. They didn't give us fresh food.. They gave us food that had already been taken to someone else's house, not to mention the food was freezing cold and I am pretty sure thats a heath code violation. We ended up taking the food home and throwing it away..Desired Settlement: I just want an apology.. I am really disgusted.

Review: I called and placed an order with the pizzeria on friday,April 19th at 7:22 pm,at 8:06 the delivery driver called my home and asked for directions,my other half got on the phone and gave him directions to the house,at 8:17 the same driver called again for directions,my other half gave him directions again,then at 8:21 the driver called back and asked for directions again,at that point I told him just to forget it,take the pizza back we did not want it and I hung up the phone,I then called the pizzeria and asked to speak to the manager on duty,when she got on the phone I explained to her that we were waiting for the pizza for nearly and hour and now we did not want it,since I already had paid for it with my [redacted] I did not see a problem with that,The manager on duty said no,if I refused it it would be theft of services,I tried to explain to her it has already been paid for,I checked my online banking and the money has been deducted out of my acct for the order,she still said no and told me she would call the police,I told her I did not appreciate being threatened and hung up the phone,at 8:31 the delivery driver showed up with the pizza and wings I ordered,at that point I was so upset,when he told me I needed to sign the sign I refused to and we shut the door, at 8:33 the same manager called me back and told me I had to sign it or she would call the cops again,I told her go ahead and call themn if she chooses to,I dont like to be threatened and as for her position she has done a horrible job,and I told her that you dont threaten customers like that and hung up on her again.Desired Settlement: I dont feel she is qualified to be in a management position like she is,she clearly has no proffesionalism in dealing with the customers.

Yes I slammed the door, but that was only after the driver came into my house uninvited and began arguing with my boyfriend, I told him to get out of my house, he payed me no mind so I had to repeat myself, he walked onto my porch and that's when I slammed the door, I understand the Revdex.com can only do so much so now I will have to take this to court, thank you for trying to rectify the situation for me.
