My initial experience with Franks started out positive as they were on time for looking at my furnace to give me a quote. I was told I would receive an emailed quote within a week. And here is where things go bad. A week came and went so I called. [redacted] seemed annoyed by my call but said she would find out and call me back. Another week went by and no call so I called again. [redacted] was again annoyed by my call and said she would look into it. The 3rd week goes by and I call again (cause my furnace is broke and it is now snowing).....I told her I wanted a call back the same day because I needed to know if they want my business cause if they don't I will go elsewhere. She finally calls back and says "not to exceed $2,800"....no formal quote so I really didn't know what I was getting. Against my better judgment, I scheduled the installation. So I took the day off and was told he would be there at 9 am. At 11 am, I got in my car and drove to their store to confront them because NO ONE showed up. [redacted] says "oops - I messed up and put you down for next week". I told her don't bother. First off I took off work 2 times, had to call 3+ times to get a crappy quote and apparently they aren't concerned about my business and the fact that there are 2 small babies in the home with a non-working furnace so I went elsewhere. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
