This company was paid in full to digg and place pipe in a sewer line to connect to city sewer after annexation . He dug part way to city connection, bought piping but never finished job. He will not return my phone calls or messages. The property is located at [redacted] it is my rental property. I came up in Sep 2015 talked to him and he promised he would get it that weekend . I had to return to Florida and now it still isn't finished. I hired [redacted](owner) on 9 July 2015 with a completion date of 1Sep 2015. I have contacted this man at least 8 times and he will not respond. I paid him $1200.00 so far contract was for 1300.00 . I have all text emails to and from myself and Mr [redacted] He want even send me my receipt for what I've paid but I have the proff of him being paid by a friend whom I transferred the money to. Please tell me what I can do. I now have a buyer for house and that mess is still in my front yard. I have to hire another company and pay twice as much to get it completed. He should be responsible for those charges.Desired SettlementI would like to be refunded my money or have work completed within the next 30 days
