Unfortunately Our Customer [redacted] is dis-satisfied with their purchaseFirst off- we sold the dirtbike to her son with no knowledge of any other parties involvedHer son completely wen't over the bike with us at the storeHe was aware of condition of the bike with the minor scuffs, and agreed to purchase the bike as we negotiated a lower price for the machineThese machines are purchased throughout New Mexico without return policies as the manufacture stands behind their machines and offers warranties for warrantable***s son came into our store minutes before closing and assumed the dirtbike as it was on the floorHe expressed he is a rider and knows all about these machines and has knowledge of how to do all maintenance related tasksUpon pidifferent people of Franks Power Equipment test rode this dirtbike with no problemspossibly because of how the customer loaded the dirtbike ( laying down sideways in the back of thier SUV) may have caused the brake to be overextended and disconnected internallyAfter the customer brought back the dirtbike and expressed their problems- we immediatly took care of the issues and had the dirtbike ready to go back to them within hoursWe are sorry if this customer feels that this product not safeIt is not our intension to sell any machine that is unsafe to rideI have full confidence that this machine is safe for any child- The problem possibly caused during the loading or unloading processIf [redacted] would like a refund we can work that out with herI will be out of town untll April 14th and can deal with this matter when I get back [redacted] ###-###-####
