Frank's Small Engine & ATV Repair

My husband took our 4 wheeler to Frank's to find out what was wrong with it. It wouldn't start. When he went to pick it up, not only did it not start, but they rebuilt the carburetor and claimed that the top end of the engine needed to be rebuilt. They charged us $291.54 and the vehicle still didn't run. We finally found someone to take a look at it and found out that the only real problem it had is it needed a new spark plug, which Frank's claims that they changed out. When my husband returned to try to get a refund for just half of what he paid, they refused.
