Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
For one - They are saying I am lying - that I never made all the calls.  I am appalled that they would call me a liar.  How would I know that the calls were supposed to be forwarded to a dispatcher.  I can see if I can get a printout from my cell phone for that evening and the following day showing that I made all these calls.  I am not sure this is an option but I can try.  I will send them a work order from the company I had to hire to replace my unit because they never returned any of my calls. 
I did call them on June 22 regarding my water heater = but as soon as we found out it was the circuit breaker - I had the courtesy to call them and cancel the order.  So why would I lie and claim to call about my air conditioner.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I do not wish to delay my dishwasher repair or replacement any further. It has already been two months. I plan to purchase a new one this week. I don't expect ORHP to compensate me for the purchase nor do I plan to renew my home warranty.Sincerely,[redacted]
