The tickets actually have an original face value of 49 dollars plus a ticketmaster fee of 12.50 which is comes to 62.50 per seat. The complainant purchased tickets on a 3rd party website where my tickets are uploaded to. They charge a 25 percent fee for their website. I have no control over that ....

One thing is sure the customer has to agree to the purchase before they can even put in their information such as name address billing etc. If I can be of any future help fell free to get in touch with me.

Review: I purchased VIP tickets from this merchant that included VIP lounge, VIP parking, 1st row seating in this section which I didn't have a seating chart. I purchased these VIP tickets so my 86 year old dad so it would be close to building and he could use the lounge and facilities offered as advertised. I received the tickets to the venue along with the VIP passes. The passes were fake and we couldn't park in the parking lot. When we arrived and tried to get into the VIP lounge, we were turned away because [redacted] at the [redacted] Music Theatre told us that we purchased our tickets from a scalper and they have tried blocking his website and it continues to get thru. They couldn't honor the fake tickets and informed us to contact the charge card company which was [redacted]. We are in a dispute right now about this. The entire section was scammed and we had to leave because my father couldn't walk that far. This merchant scams people into purchasing VIP tickets and false advertises what he is selling. I would like it stopped. I bought these tickets in December 2012 for a Christmas gift for my father and he waited until June [redacted] to attend the show and never got to enjoy it. This merchant should not be allowed to sell or accept charge cards. I had to close out my charge card account and reopen a new one because he had all my information.Desired Settlement: FRANKSTICKETS.COM TO BE SHUT DOWN

Review: I ordered two tickets for a concert at [redacted] Theatre. I put LiveNation into my search to get ticket information. I was looking to spend about $100. per ticket for the best possible seats at that price. I received the tickets from Frankstickets the next day and they have a face value of 49.50 per ticket. I was charged: $98.00 per ticket 17.64 service fee per ticket and 15.00 for standard shippingI was shocked when I got an email from Frankstickets saying thank you for your order! I called [redacted], owner of Frankstickets and was told they were "resold" tickets. This really seems deceptive to me. When you click on the sections of [redacted], not one ticket comes up $49.50. I thought I was dealing with LiveNation as in the past. If this is in fact, legal, something is very wrong!Desired Settlement: I would like two tickets that show what I actually paid, $98.00 each. I am assuming the seats would be better than the 49.50 seats?
