Review: I have been a client with Frank's Tire and have bought tires from there a few times but the last time I bought a full set of tires in July 2014. I took my car in multiple times to have it checked and the tires rotated. The last time I took my car in to have the alignment and tires rotated because I was going on a long road trip and wanted to be safe was in July 2015. After a couple months people at my work were telling me how bad my front tires were and how I need new front tires and that made me question why I would only need front if I've bought these at the same time and always rotated them evenly. So that day (November 12th) I called Frank's and talked to a rude lady that told me they couldn't say when I rotated my tires last because they didn't keep record of that. I then told her I also had my alignment done and if she could find it that way since I paid $101 surely she'd have record. She proceeded to tell me I had never had my alignment done and I was wrong, I let her know I paid with a debit card and would find my receipt. I did find my receipt and a work order saying on July 7th I had my tires rotated and my alignment done. I left work that day and went to Frank's and spoke with [redacted] Frank (owner) and let him know I was worried that my tires were faulty because my tires shouldn't have full grip on the back tires and extremely bald on the front tires. [redacted] took my car back and brought my self and Jordan to the car area and told me that he was sorry but my tires have NEVER been rotated and that he was going to make it right. I was shocked and mad but told him I appreciated him being honest and how did this happen? I had trusted his company to take care of my car and now to find out the tires I bought 13 mths ago were garbage and dangerous to drive when I had just driven long distance with my daughter in the car. I proceeded to ask if my alignment was ever completed and he said he wasn't for sure because his machine didn't have record conveniently, but by the looks it was done. So [redacted] took us inside and let us know he was going to make it right and how sorry he was this happened. We had picked out tires to replace mine with and scheduled my car for the next Tuesday to have tires put on. Once Tuesday came and Jordan took my car in [redacted] told him that we couldn't prove it was their fault and we didn't have proof not thinking I had copies of all work order and receipt which he had kept when I first came in. I am shocked that a business owner would act in such a way in front of customers yelling at us saying we couldn't prove it. I went to Costco that day and bought 4 new tires and kept the tires I purchased from Frank's so I could make sure he didn't do this to other customer again.Desired Settlement: I would like Frank's Tire to refund my alignment charge and for my tires since I took my tires in multiple times to be rotated just to find out they never did it once! I have receipts for my tires and alignment which come out to about $540 and I paid both on my debit card.
