I have been a RS customer for many yearsOriginally I shopped from their cataloguesI began to purchase only online so I no longer wanted the catalogues sent to my homeIn January I called Customer Service and asked that these catalogues be discontinuedI was told this might take up to monthsIt is now August 2017, months later, and I am still receiving these catalogues every weekYesterday the offer code was [redacted] I have called Customer Service at least times since January and my requests have been ignored I have resolved NEVER to buy from RS again and I do not want their junk mail coming to my home
I purchased necklace: gold, diamonds, emeralds , in Ross Simons store, appraisal from a store they give me state that it's ct of diamonds, after independent appraisal with certified gemologist it's show that it's only 3ct of diamonds, as well I have second independent gemologist as well state that it's 3ct of the diamonds not as Ross simons sold to me I was miss lidded, Ross simons agreed on there appraisal , I was never compensatedNecklace price 17k
Rec'd catalog in mail todayWhile looking thru it there was a crisscross necklace I liked and it was advertised for $just to the right of the picture.I immediately called to place an order and was told the cost would be over $260! They would not honor the price as advertised in their catalog
I have shopped with Ross-Simon for many years and again just now. I have NEVER had an issue or problem with any order and the products I’ve purchased have been very high quality! Ross-Simon is my first choice when shopping for jewelry.
I was issued a refund for on January 4th and it is now January 11, and I still have not received my money - they claim it's [redacted] 's fault and [redacted] says Ross & Simon issued an e-check that takes a long time to clear Why can they debit my account in minutes but take weeks to refund me!
