Frayser One Hour Cleaners

My receipt was changed after I had paid for services.I dropped off 2 pairs of slacks to be hemmed on 05-04-16 and paid 20.76 for the services. When I came back on 05-06 to pick up my order I was told that the owner had come in and made a change to my receipt. The new receipt (same receipt number) showed that I prepaid 20.76 and had a balance of 17.48. The employee contacted the owner (Ms [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX) while I was there and put me on the phone with her. I advised her that this was an unethical practice and that I would not pay additional money. The owner then spoke to the employee and advised her she was going to make her pay the money. Is this legal?Desired SettlementI want the owner to accept responsibility for shady practices and I do not expect her to take money out of the employees pocket. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened.
