Frazer T.V.

Frazer T.V. came to service my parents T.V. at there home. Gavin took the T.V. back to his store after my parents gave him $75. This was May 2015. After approximately 10-15 phone calls, 5 were answered, approximately 10 messages were left on a machine. We went to Frazer T.V. 7 different times and the store was closed. Gavin gave an excuse each time we spoke with him why the T.V. was not repaired. After 7 months we went to the store on a Saturday morning December 2015, Gavin was there and with no repairs took our T.V. back. Do not under any circumstance go to this repair shop.

Review: 5/7/13..called,told him problem,model #,he said it was probably the ballast & could possibly fix same day at my home&would be at a cost of bet.$150.-200. I SAID OK,BUT BE HONEST BECAUSE WE'RE ON A FIXED INCOME ON S.S. 5/9/13...HE CAME,SAID IT WAS IN FACT THE BALLAST,HAD TO 'ORDER'[HE DIDN'T BRING 'ANY' PARTS AT ALL] AND NOW HE SAID IT WOULD BE $325. WITH A DEPOSIT OF $75. 5/13/13..CAME,HAD WRONG PART .HAD TO RE-ORDER 5/16/13..CAME,INSTALLED BALLAST,'NOT' THE PROBLEM !,NOW HE SAID IT WAS THE COLOR WHEEL , HAD TO ORDER,WOULD BE SAME PRICE. 5/21/13..14 DAYS SINCE CALL HE CAME , WITH NO APOLOGY , INSTALLED PART TV WAS FIXED,THEN TOLD US BILL WAS $389.18. I ONLY PAID HIM $325.[TOTAL]Desired Settlement: I WILL NOY PAY HIM ANOTHER CENT. HE LIED FROM THE GET GO. NEVER BROUGHT A BALLAST TO TRY. WAS JUST GUESSING ON WHAT WAS WRONG. LIED ABOUT THE PRICE. MADE US GO 14 DAYS W/O THE TV BECAUSE OF HIS INCOMPOTICE. SAID HE 'TOLD ME' HIGHER QUOTE...DID NOT!!!!! I WILL NOT PAY THE BALANCE OF $64.18 AND EXPECT HIM TO UPHOLD WARRANTY OF WHAT HE DID. I FEEL THAT'S MORE THAN FAIR.
