our store from your organization regarding Ms*** ***At this time we are unsure how Ms *** is involved in the matter, the job was scheduled under the name of *** *** at the address given within this complaintAll above ground pool openings are booked the same way, where each customer is given the same set of instructionsAll customers are told to place a hose under the pool cover and raise the water level to the bottom of the skimmer before the crew arrives for the opening and have payment on siteThey are also informed that if pool needs leaf raked or the crew has to make a second trip to complete the opening there will be an extra $charged to the billUpon the crew arriving at the above ground pool on May 16, they found that the pool had not been properly winterized and contained a large amount of leavesThe crew spent one hour trying to remove the leaves from the pool before adding the opening chemical kitThe custorner was told by the crew to allow the water to rise to the bottom of the skimmer and they would come back to finish the openingWhen the Customer Called the store to inform the Crew the water level was to Skimmer, she was rude when told that she may be subject to the additional $charge for the crew having to do excessive leaf-raking and making a return tripThe customer then placed a call to Lynne Frazie, who in turn, called Dan FrazieDan allowed the $charge to be waived as a way to promote goodwillChris phoned the crew and they returned and completed the opening without charging the additional feeChris is a store employee that rarely ever goes out on job sites, he was not the person that would have hooked up the pump and filter.At this point in time, no refund will be given or can be given to this Customer because they have neglected to pay for the pool openingAs of the date of this response, this bill remains outstanding in the amount of $There were no replacement parts used for this openingSo again We cannot be held responsible for parts that have been purchased with another store.Please do not hesitate to contact Frazie's Hot Tubs & Pools if you have any further concerns.Regards,
