On 5/5/17, I bought a Chevy Impala LGThe car [redacted] sells me is in bad condition, I'm not two blocks away when the light on the dashboard comes onI take it back and am notice the inspection sticker is missing from the window and [redacted] tells me that it's fallen offHe says they definitely did the inspection and the oil was checkThey tell me it's fine, even though the tires are bad, bald and have chunks missingI take it somewhere else to have it looked at, they tell me car definitely needs an oil changeAfter I called up to Frazier to tell them that, they changed the note in my file to show that they actually did an inspection The car has a yr/100,mile limited full coverage warranty

I spoke with Mr [redacted] around July 27, 2017.? We spoke of the complaint and the work needed on the car.? Mr [redacted] told me that he would make time to bring the car back to my business but we have not seen or heard from him since the July 27th.? He also did not bring the car to the shop for us to work on.? I never receive Revdex.com complaints in the years I have been in business.? This complaint caught me completely by surprise since it had been about weeks since he purchased the car from us.? I take pride in my business and the vehicles we sell.? I always make sure that my customers are well-taken care of and we will make sure Mr [redacted] complaint is resolved to his satisfaction
