In response to the letter we received case #XXXXXXXX*** *** called the office to get setup for bi-monthly pest control service at her property in Cathedral CityShe requested Tuesdays or Wednesdays were the best days for serviceShe
provided us with her credit card informationWe started service on July 7, next service was due in September*** wanted to skip that service and have service in October she was told that would be okWe did the service in October, next service would be December which our records show that the service was completedWhen we tried to process her credit card it was declinedAt that time we emailed *** the December invoice and a note asking for her to call and update her credit cardWe didn't get a call or email back with the updated informationOn February 8, we emailed her again with the past due invoice asking her to contact the officeNo response from herOn March 29, we emailed her again with a note to pay by April 11, to avoid collectionNo response from herOn April 1, we reached out by phone and had to leave a voice messageNo response from herBy May 9, due to no response from *** this account was sent to collectionIf the interior of the property was not done when the exterior service was completed our company policy is to go back to the property at the owners request and service the interiorThe best practice for pest control service is to maintain the exterior of the propertyOur company has the best interest of our customers and understands their concerns and will go above and beyond to give them the best service we can, given the opportunityCommunication is the best practice for any relationship

No, I do not accept their response, first of all not one time I received an e mail from this person not once, I did received a call from *** asking for an update on my credit card, very nice man at least over the phone, that is when I was furious at his dishonesty because I knew for sure he had never gone there #it was never arranged as agreed to coordinate with the tenants to both be present due to hectic Christmas schedule from everyone, #it is physically impossible for anyone to enter unit one the tenants keep a lock on the gate, and #I asked both tenants if *** had gone there in December they both replied NO, after that *** left me a message that is when I did not reply anymore, I am Not interested in dealing with such dishonest people,and #the deal we made was for him to spray the inside and was specified and made clear that is where the roaches live, as I said before it is not the amount it is the principal of the thing, if you see my credit rating you will see I never default, and am a responsible and honest woman, have them prove all the email that supposedly they sent, I don't even think I ever gave them my email address and I also don't remember signing a contract, if I did I don't have a copy
I could not see the electronic document don't know what it is I have a bit of trouble with my computer,
I totally agree the communication is the best practice for any kind of relationship, I did not communicate for *** to go spray the outside as agreed, and I did communicate that I needed the interior sprayed when ever coordinated with tenants

I would like to start by saying that our customers are our number one priority and their best interest always comes firstAs a company we like to give the best service we can to all of our customersWe strive to go the extra mile and the technicians we have working for us are licensed and trained in their fieldWhen customers communicate with the technician it helps make the experience that much betterI feel at this time that we did the best we could with this customerThe information *** provided us was her property address, her mailing address, email address, phone number and credit card information when she signed up for service last yearI will notify the collection company to take this account out of collection
