In regards to the 1st service: The front walkway, not only did we seal it and build it according to the manufacturers instructions, you told us you had multiple neighbors interested in having us do work because of the walkway we had installed for youWe sealed that patio with polymer sand, if you are referring to sealing the patio with a polymer based polyurethane not only is that not necessary but it would completely change the look of the pavers and would be additional to any work we had discussed via: the contract2nd service was a water feature we had installed for you that was very smallThe reason your water feature leaked was because your dog jumped into the hole and liner for your pond while it was being built, with us still there! We had previously mentioned to you, that keeping your dog out of the pond is very important as he could damage or tear the linerWhich is exactly what happened the dog tore the liner, not only did we fix and repair the liner but we did it out of our own pocketthe 3rd service was for $to replace your two spotlights out front and install a new transformer and timer boxWhen we did our initial consult with you, it was dry and retained no water in the area we were going to be installing the new lightsOnce we came out to perform the scheduled work, within a few weeks we had some rain in the forecast, which caused the area to actually puddle up submerging the lights completelyWe then replaced the lights at no cost to you again, and sealed them to try and prevent them from shorting out againOnce the second set of lights flooded and shorted out, we then decided to A: replace the lights with fully submersible water feature lights, or B refund your moneySince A was going to be an additional cost you then decided to have us refund your moneyWhich is exactly what we did you received a check on 7/11/for $dollars as well as a dollar ims refund for the barter exchangeSince the entire job was on half IMS (trade) and the other half CashThe IMS refund has processed since we manually ran it for youHowever we have not had the check cashed as of 7/26/We also would like to mention that we appologized profusely when we chipped the drivewayThe area we chipped was the size of a fifty cent piece at best, and we definitely poured some slurry concrete mix in the area we chipped before we were paid

Tree was replaced originally within months of the initial planting, as client statedAlso, there is only warranty per plant and or tree All nursery warranties are active for year from date of purchaseThis request was made after the year period as client stated in this complaint, in regards to the timeline We did however, agree to replace this tree out of our own expense, just to keep up with our ratings on our customer serviceOnce the complaint was made anyway, we were no longer going to make this a priority over all other clients who have had work scheduled for up to 6-weeksWe will get out to replace the tree A.S.A.P

I am rejecting this response because: It's not true 1) the first tree was not replaced within months, it was more like months, 2) the death of the second tree was reported less than months from installation, 3) the complaint was filed only after the landscaper failed to replace the 2nd tree within the committed timeframe, and after multiple attempts to contact the landscaper were ignored
