when the tv was first checked the video was bad, very common when the main or t-con or the display is defective. we replaced the main twice and the t-con and still the same problem. therefore the only part remaining was the display. her deposit of 45.00 was refunded. we never said the display was...
broken only defective. she needs to find another service shop get a second opinion, but frazor electronics will not compensate [redacted] for anything seeing that her tv left the same way it came in. [redacted]-owner.
