I ordered items in January and still had not received in February although it was debited from my account. I repeatedly received emails for additional money off of more purchases, but could never get a response from the company regarding the status of my order. After multiple emails, I called the number provided for customer support and it was a *** cell number and no one would answer and no voice message set up. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the seller and not receiving items purchased I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I would highly recommend you do not purchase from this company, as based on my dealings it appears to be a sham.

Placed order before Christmas, received confirmation but have not received order. I have tried to contact both via email and phone with no response.

Zero stars for me. I ordered 3 months ago from this company because they said I had a credit of $5.76 so I ordered a bracelet. I have never received it and cannot get in touch with this company. Somebody needs to put these people out of business. They don't answer the phone and the e mail bounces back. I am so frustrated with these people because of their dishonesty with Christian merchandise. Their rewards won't be in heaven!

I don't give them a rating at all. The phone numbers that are listed are no longer in service. Why list a false number?! I placed an order in early October and still have not received it. It is a cross with the Lord's Payer on it. He was baptized, and I had hoped to give it to him that day. It stated 1-2 days shipping to leave them to me. Ha Ha That is a joke. I am very frustrated. the thing is I ordered 2 other crosses last year from them and received them quickly. I just don't understand a company like this. Very disappointed and the fact that they advertise as "Fresh Christian".

14 days ago I ordered a 3 bracelet set, they had no problem taking my money immediately with the answer stated you will receive your merchandice with in 5 to 7 business days I have yet to see anything

never received my order, it has been almost two months and still nothing

If you are going to receive your order it takes then a very long time tio see you even made one they take your money immediately, unlike other companies that take it once your order has shipped... I have two unfulfilled orders form first week in June... I send email after email after email and tio no avail get no response... They have a number in there site as well every time you call it's busy... Today they send me an email telling me I have a credit of $7.49 to hurry and use it before Sept 16th today is the 10th.... I had no such credit, I'm sure they would apply it to an order but I will never receive that order and why would I order if I'm still waiting on 2 others?i have received items from them in the past which took 2 months to arrive but now these 2 unfulfilled orders are getting to be 4 months... I email to receive and I email to demand a refund of my money to which I get no answers....

Placed 3 orders never recieved. Status on ther site says Unfulfilled on all 3
tried callin but alweasy busy, that unfortunate!!! sent several email stating I do not wish to recieve a credit but a full refund. Still waitin on responce

Received product 2 months after order promise that item would be shipped out in several days.
Jewelry received with missing parts. Zero response to 11 e-mails. Phone line is conveniently always BUSY!!!!!

Ordered from them beginning of August 2019. They charged my credit card, but I have never received the items I ordered. They do not reply to e-mails. I called the phone # shown at their webpage, and got a recording saying to call XXX-XXX-XXXO for *** Have no idea what that was about! Sorry I ordered anything from them.

This company is horrible DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They took my money and I NEVER received my order. I have tried to contact them several times but got no response. Just because they have Christian in their name doesn't make them honest

DON'T BECOME A VICTIM!! Less than one star. I was stupid enough to order items for gifts a month ago. My account was promptly charged but I never received my order. Tried 2 phone #'s and they must be #'s from Pluto because you sure can't contact them. I've tried multiple emails with no response. They email me offering discounts and other gimmicks to try to suck you in again. But they sure don't respond to anything. I should have checked here before I placed my order. I will notify my bank to have the transaction reversed and charge it back to whoever got the money.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If I could give a 0 rating I would! My necklace arrived in 2 parts & I have no idea how to put together or make it work! It is made cheap "fake silver" & looks like would fall apart first time worn anyways! Their customer service sucks & can't get anyone to respond or refund my money - just some computer generated response stating will respond when can which is never! Very dissatisfied with no recourse!

I order three different times with this company one order April 16, and 2 order on April 17, 2019. They had no problem taking the money from my account the same day, but I still have not received my orders, I have e-mailed them and no response, I log into my account and see that the order in unfilled still!!! I either want my items that I ordered or I want my money back!

I ordered a few bracelets back on 4/7 and have not received anything. I have emailed 3 times and received the same email after over a week stating shipping's are delayed and offering a 50%off my next item code. I just emailed to cancel and refund my money but doubly that will happen either. Very poor customer service and don't expect to receive anything from this company

I placed two orders with this company. After a week I finally got a confirmation of my order with an order #. Went to the website to track the order to no avail. You click on track order and nothing happens. I have sent two separate emails with no response. These were supposed to be gifts and according to them I would have them within a week. I still do not have the orders and have not gotten any response. I might add that my inbox has been hit at least twice a day with adds wanting me to purchase more items. Not happy with the customer service. Now I wonder if the product will be what I ordered or some less version of it. Do not order from this company unless you have months to wait on your order if it ever gets filled.
