We are the biggest online basketball training company in the world. Our systems are completely automated and we deal with thousands of happy customers monthly. Each time a customer purchases they automatically get their information to register and access the program.
If the user never accessed...

their program, it is because they did not register. However, if they would of emailed us we would of definitely handled that situation. We never heard from them. We have since refunded the customer their entire huge 9.95 payment.

We refunded Mr. [redacted] purchase when he asked for it, 
despite lack of compliance with our refund policy.
We take pride in taking care of our customers.
I have attached a screenshot to prove Mr. [redacted]
$9.95 purchase was refunded.
If Mr. [redacted] feels for some odd reason he didn't
receive his 9.95 (which it's stated in our system he did)
I'll be happy to personally send him 9.95 of my own.

Review: I ordered a product throuh this company and have yet to receive the item. Item was purchased at 6:10AM EST on 4/19/2014. I should have gotton everyhing through email. I have sent several requests on there website to customer support. I get a link with a complaint ticket but the link will never open. I paid 9.95 for this.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to receive what I ordered but if not I want a refund.
