Review: We recently bought a house in January of 2015. We were told we would receieve a new roof before we purchased the house. They replaced the roof in November of 2014. Starting in June of 2015 we started getting water leaking in our house from the roof in our bathroom everytime we got a steady rain. We think its from the skylight possibly not being sealed properly with the new roof install. We contacted F[redacted]'s building and remodeling asking if they can come out and look at the roof, since it wasn't even a year old yet. We were told by the company's owner David F[redacted] to take pictures and email them to him, so we did. He then told us that he will send someone out in the next few weeks towards the end of the week. No one came, no one called. I emailed him asking him if they were able to come by, he never responded. The next time it rained we called again, and talked to someone else and they said that they would contact David and let him know and he will return our call. Again, nothing. I once again emailed him trying to reach him. It rained again a few weeks later, we called and left a message with no response back. Just a few days ago with the latest rain we had, it once again leaked, we again took pictures and even some video. I have been trying to contact David for the past few days, and it keeps going to a voicemail box that is full and I cannot leave a message. I again emailed David, and I am still waiting for a response. I am afraid that with all the leaking, that there could possibly be damage behind the wall that can't be seen. All I want is for them to come and see what the issue is and to fix it.Desired Settlement: All I want is for them to come and see what the issue is and to fix it. It's a brand new roof and it should NOT be leaking already!!!!
