Went in for an oil changeThey didn't follow up as promised and you had to call to times to finally get a hold of someone after waiting hours between calls! Usually was transferred twice and had to leave a message When we picked up the car the light was on for the engineWe called back and again..left a messageAfter tries we finally got a hold of someone and they had us bring it backThey found a $repair for an oxygen sensorA bit high in my opinionWe had a coupon that they offered that allowed $off the repair and mentioned itThey said you can use it when you payThey promise follow up and then just don'ttook two days for the repair and very poor follow upWhen we did come in, my husband picked it up and he didn't take the couponWe called back that night and they said they would return the callDidn'tCalled back again and left a messageNo call backdays later called and they said the ticket was closed and they wouldn't honor itWrote a message to dealer and no surprise no response Very very poor service and I don't trust them on the issuesI would avoid this dealership and take it elsewhere Sales I'm not sure about, but there usually is a certain culture in a dealership

In December I bought a Corolla from Fred Anderson ToyotaWhen completing the paperwork with the finance manager, he offered me a "Smart Payment Plan" that would help me pay off my loan soonerAt that time I decided not to enroll, but called back laterhalf payments were debited out of my account before I realized what was happeningThe finance manager never informed me of the $enrollment fee or the $fee for every debitI cancelled my account through Smart Payment Plan, but wanted to make other customers aware that they will try to get you to enroll in this without telling you of the charges involvedI researched and found the dealership agreement online where the dealership makes an agreement with Smart Payment Plan to get their customers to sign upThe catch to all of this? The dealer, finance manager and sales manager all receive $for each customer they enrollNOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could just give them no stars....I would! They sell you a dream. We first came to them with a specific car we wanted (vin number, options, and etc.). They told us they could do it for a certain price. Once we get there and ready to do the deal, they did not honor what they said. The salesman I had was VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL!! But the sales managers....were rude, unprofessional, LIARS, and very nonchalant. Neither one of them wanted to admit to their mistake. They also didnt want to honor the INTERNET PRICE!!!! I work retail....if a price was given to a customer from another employee IN WRITING....I WILL HONOR THAT PRICE! And their last words to me was (if we can make the deal...good, if not....then we will part ways)! Who tells a customer that if you trying to earn their business??????? DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT!!!
