I am rejecting this response because it appears no one from the parts manager, MrR*** to MrM***, the president of Fred Beans *** of *** is even basically informed as to the situationThey state that they never received a phone call from me, which is difficult to disprove, however in anticipation of getting the "run-around" from them, I printed the transcripts of my chat conversations, three of which that are on this computer are attachedYou can plainly see that on the April 17th chat, the customer service rep acknowledges herself that I had previously contacted them for help
This entire organization is dysfunctional and incompetentThey do not care about correcting deficiencies in their system, customer satisfaction is only important until they make the sale, after that, you are on your ownI initiated this action with the Revdex.com only after a month of getting nowhere with calling and chatting with their customer service departmentI believe that no response after leaving five messages in a thirty-day period warranted this escalationOur next step will be a formal complaint with the state consumer protection bureausThe public needs to be warned before they deal with these peopleThank you for your time

Please see attached response. On January 10" 2015, [redacted] of the Main Line ordered 11 truck parts, including truck body bedside on invoice [redacted]. We shipped the job complete on January 14" 2015. All parts on that invoice would have completed the bed assembly job. On January...

28"2015, [redacted] of the Main Line, changed the order and ordered a complete truck bed assembly on invoice [redacted]. Also on January 28" 2015, they gave us an additional order for 26 parts that shipped on February 4” on our invoice [redacted]. On that same date February 4” they returned the original ordered parts on [redacted]. On or around February 4”, [redacted] of the main Line was advised that the complete bed was on backorder with no ETA. They chose to keep the bed on backorder and postpone the repair. [redacted] at any time could have repurchased the original parts to complete the repair for their customer. In our experience, most insurance companies will extend the duration of the rental for the customer if there is a manufacturer back order on a part suited to complete their vehicles repair. This is to providing the customer with more relief while their repair is still in a pending progress. As of today may 7" 2015, the complete truck bed assembly is still on backorder, [redacted] Motor Company Stated in our order [redacted]; PART IS PENDING OBSOLETE, NO REPLACEMENT LEVEL IS ESTABLISHED, PLEASE ORDER COMPONENTS. customer. If one of the parts that we have already installed has failed we would warranty those repairs (2 years warranty with unlimited mileage Ford parts warranty) at no-charge to the customer, (example would be if the oil pan gasket that was replace is again leaking then we would repair that for no charge)If the inspection of the oil leak concern shows that something else is leaking or seeping then we would be glad to give the customer a price for the additional repairs that would be needed to be fixed. At that point the customer can decide if they would like to have the repairs completed or not.We are willing to re-inspect this vehicle with the customer here on site at no additional charge.Sincerely,

Review: Never fixed oil leak after paying $453 and going back 3 different times for repair. Below is what the email the manager sent me. They wanted more money and for me to pay for a rental car. Now he's calling is "additional work" Unbelievable. Please read below.I will be glad to help, and see what else needs to be repairs to stop all your leaks. Sometimes it is hard to see all the leaks when you have oil from other leaks running over different parts of the motor and trans. Sometimes you need to clean it off and drive it to see if we have any other fresh leaks. And that is what we are dealing with now on your vehicle. We repaired the main leak, but you have some other seapages that also need to be fixed.but we need to understand that this is not a new car under warranty and a Rental car would cost you $30 perday, And since we still have something leaking on your vehicle and need to find where that is coming from and how much that will cost to fix that leak. I want to be careful, that your costs doesnt get to high for this additional work. But to help, I would be willing to pay for 1 day rental car , so I can look at your vehicle So if you bring your vehicle down to our dealership before 8pm , I can have a rental car set up for you and then we can look at the car the next day, while you at work. Let me know if that will work for you ? JDesired Settlement: I would like to have the oil leak (s) fixed. I paid for them to repair my vehicle and now they're telling me "additional repair" meaning more costs to me including a rental car. How can there be additional repair when they didn't fix the initial problem?
