I purchased a Preowned vehicle from Fred Beans Nissan in NJ and have a receipt that I would be reimbursed for my car to be inspected in PA. the time period is now a month and I still did not receive my reimbursement check and they are quick to take our money but they have a slow process of reimbursement

I'm not sure why I am not afforded the opportunity to respond in an equally timely manner.In regards to Fred Beans response, the defense of which hinges on "the customer never coming into the dealership" is of no factual bearing on the issue. I have purchased my last cars dating back to the mid-1990's over the internet and phone. I arrive at the dealership to fill out paperwork and take delivery of the car. All relevant negotiation is done in advance. This is not a new industry practice I had taken time off from work and was traveling to Fred Beans dealership (about hr away) and received an email while in route saying they made a mistake and would no longer offer the car at the agreed price, confirmed in prior emails.The response, in my view, is indicative of deceptive business practices as their reliance on disclaimers about prices on their website, which even if valid would be negated by their written affirmation of that price for that vehicle for me personally by their human salesperson Kyle. In the same manner, the manager denies bait and switch by saying I never came to the dealership when he has internet sales persons who sell vehicles via the internet and phone. My physical presence in his dealership is irrelevant to the business practice.Please reflect my response in the record accordingly.Thanks,*** ***

I was overcharged state sales tax on my purchasethey said it was a mistake, but because of so many other tactics they used on me and bad experience I had I suspect this is part of how they do business and probably overcharge on every deal, likely not being noticed by mostI recommend to not buy a car from Fred Beansvery unpleasant experience

had no intent of fraud, as soon as the error was discovered it was correctedBait and switch refers to an advertisement that brings a customer into the showroom; then the price is changed.As soon as we discovered the mistake, we notified the customer and gave him our best price along with an apologyThe customer never came into the dealership.Enclosed is our internet disclaimer from our website.Thank you,General Manager

Review: I purchased a 2011 [redacted] from Fred Beans [redacted] of [redacted] PA on June 18th 2014. The dealership closed down on June 30th 2014. I recevied an email saying that all of my information would still be honered through other Fred Bean's dealerships. On July 5th 2014 I had an electrical issue with the vehicle that needs to be addressed asap. My vehicle should be under a 30 day warrenty. Ive tried calling several of the Fred Beans dealerships and I feel as though I am not getting any help, and no one can seem to locate any of my information or where the "deal" went. Ive left my name and number with several representatives within the past couple days to have them call me back and let me know who is now handling my information and ive not received any phone calls back.Desired Settlement: I am filing this complaint to have on record that I have made attempts to have my information located and vehicle serviced or returned within my 30 day warrenty, I will continue to try and have my information located, but at this time I am reaching out for further assistance on this matter. I know I can have my vehicle serviced at any [redacted] dealership, but I do not feel I should be responsible for the charges of the service, and during the time the vehicle is being worked on I should be honered a rental car at no charge.
