I have paid Fred Fijal trash removal of Gilbertville, Ma for the whole year of 2013 he has not picked up my trash in three weeks and neighbors are complaining about health issues and dogs and cats are getting into it I have called him several times and he will not call me back.Product_Or_Service: rubbishDesired SettlementI would like to be compensated for the removal of my trash that he hasn't picked up in 3 weeks since now I have to find someone to come get it and remove it which will be equal to having a dumpster removed.

My trash has not been picked up for a month. The last time my trash was supposed to be picked up was on Monday, January 13. Our trash gets picked up every other Monday. I had called on Thursday, January 16 to see why my trash did not get picked up this week. I was told they are running behind and only picked up the every week customers and they would get it the week of January 20. However, my trash is still sitting at the bottom of my driveway waiting for pickup, today, Monday, January 27 (my regular scheduled day). I have tried to call for the past week but I either get a voice mail that tells me it has too many messages or a busy tone. Failure to empty trash dumpsterI contracted Fred Fijal to provide and pick up my 2 yard dumpster once a month for a fee of [redacted] per month which he required to be paid a month in advance. My dumpster has not been picked up since 12/16/13. I was told by another one of his customers who happens also to be a neighbor, that Fred has gone out of business, and he is not going to notify any of his customers. We're left high and dry with full dumpsters, which is a health hazard.Desired SettlementI want Fred Fijal to hire someone to empty my dumpster or to refund my money so that I can call another vendor to get rid of my trash. It stinks and is unsightly for my neighbors to have to look at. I'm waiting for them to file a complaint on me for having a dumpster overflowing with trash.
